Who is responsible for your data

This policy covers visitors to this website and people who contact us. Personal data we receive while carrying out client engagements is handled under the terms of the engagement agreement.

What we collect and why

When you contact us. The form on this website opens your own email program; the website itself does not store what you type. When you write to us by email or Telegram, we receive your name, email address, company, message and anything else you choose to share. We use it to reply and to discuss a possible engagement. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and communicating with client representatives (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); if you contact us on your own behalf about a possible contract, also steps taken at your request before entering into it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

When we work together. We process the contact details of client representatives and the contract details needed to carry out the agreement and keep accounting records. Legal basis: performance of a contract where you are a party to it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legitimate interest in working with client representatives (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

When you visit the website. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and technical data about each request in order to deliver the website and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools; its fonts are hosted on this website and no third-party font services are used.

When you request a call. The booking window on this website only prepares an email in your own email program with the day and time you picked; nothing is sent to a third party and no external calendar is loaded. We use the request to agree a time and send you a video call link. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing your details is voluntary, but without them we cannot reply. For an engagement, the contract and accounting details are required; without them we cannot sign the agreement.

Who receives your data

Our processors, which handle data on our behalf, are our email provider Proton AG (Switzerland), our website hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) and, where needed, our accountant and IT, cloud and software service providers, including AI tools. Public authorities receive data only when the law requires it. If you contact us on Telegram, Telegram acts as a separate controller under its own privacy policy (telegram.org/privacy), and depending on your settings we may see your Telegram name and phone number. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Transfers to Cloudflare, Inc. rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. If another provider is located outside the European Economic Area, we transfer data only with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. Engagement documents are kept for 10 years after the agreement ends; accounting documents are kept for the periods set by Lithuanian law.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt) or with the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
