Independent Financial Model Review and Stress-Testing

Most models that fail in due diligence do not fail on the big idea. They fail on a broken link, a growth rate nobody can justify, or a cash flow that does not reconcile to the balance sheet. An independent review finds those problems while they are still cheap to fix.

What we check

Who it is for

Companies about to send a model to a bank or investor; investors and lenders who want a second opinion on a model they have received; and boards that need assurance before approving a budget or transaction.

How we work

  1. We agree the scope: a full review or a focused review of specific areas.
  2. Automated checks run first; our assumption validator highlights outliers and inconsistencies across the model.
  3. A senior reviewer works through the logic and the flagged items by hand.
  4. You receive a findings log ranked by impact, with a proposed fix for each item. On request, we make the corrections.

What you receive

Important

This is an advisory review, not a statutory audit or an assurance engagement.

Questions clients ask

Is the review confidential?

Yes. Models are processed within our own tools and are not shared with third parties.

Can you review a model built by another advisor?

Yes. Many reviews are of models prepared by third parties, at the request of the company, a lender or an investor.
